Language Study Holiday for teenagers in New York City
New York City is the largest city of the United State, and everything there looks disproportionate: more than 500 art galleries, around 200 museums, more than 15 theatres and 18 000 restaurants…
Our partner school in New York City helps students from all around the world to not get disconcerted by such an abundance, as well as it helps them to improve their English: the Saint Peter’s University, established during the 19th century by Jesuits, is located 15 minutes away from Lower Manhattan, and offers all the installations a student can dream of to learn and feel at ease. There’s even a swimming pool on the campus! The language school itself is settled in a 4 story building where it organizes for the last 4 years a language study holiday in the summer. Every week, 30 to 50 students come to learn English and discover the city with their professors.
This language study holiday is aimed to teenagers from 15 and over. Its goal is to help them to improve their English skills in a good mood, but also to discover, in the company of young and dynamic teachers, New York City and the American Culture. So come and have a bite of the Big Apple!

- 18 lessons of 50 minutes per week, with highly qualified teachers who help students to feel more comfortable in English and get prepared for their exams.
20 students per class maximum.
Activities and excursions, always in the company of the professors, and always in English.
Accommodation: in the same building as the school, in rooms of 2 or 4 beds.
Full-pension during the week (only the breakfast during the week-end, since participants go on an excursion)
Also included in the price of this language stay: transfer from and to the airport
Participants live in a dormitory, where students of the University live during the rest of the year. This building is only a few minutes walk from the school.
Double room with bathroom and toilets.
Full-board during the week (participants eat in the campus' cafeteria).
During the week-end, when participants go on an excursion, only the breakfast will be served.
The access to this residence is only for the participants and the staff of the school. Members of the school's team sleep in the same building, there's always one of them for 15 participants.
Participants must leave the room before 12.00 am the day after the end of the programme. Leaving later is not always possible and please consult the Extras section for additional fees.
Many fascinating activities are waiting for you in New York City. From the hectic atmosphere of Times Square to the famous exhibitions of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
You will discover the Big Apple from another perspective during a boat trip. You will sail on the Hudson River and will pass a few meters from the Statue of Liberty where you will be able to take some near-perfect photos. In addition to all these tourist attractions, you'll have free time to go shopping and discover Little Italy, China Town and the famous South Street Seaport.

Transfer from the airport
All summer language courses start on Sunday and end on Saturday.
Every Sunday, participants will be welcomed at the airport - this service is included in the price
On the day of departure, every Saturday, a transfer is organised to the airport.
When making your reservation, do not forget to choose Sunday as the day of arrival and Saturday as the date of departure.
To benefit from the transfer, you must arrive Sunday and leave on Saturdays from 14h to 21h.
This transfer is guaranteed from the following airports:

- Newark Airport (EWR)
The flight is not included in the price.
